Archery coaching day 1

Just started to shoot on the weekends, and loving it, which led me to lookout for archery lessons. I am have been seeking to improve and learn proper recurve bow archery through online search and youtube, and was finding it was not enough. I stumbled upon coach Harvey via  localgymsandfitness.com  and decided to give it a try. Its good that I am familiar with most of the terms during the sessions, and was able to visualise his explainations. The place is an indoor 3 lane place for coaching. My concern was the targets that had glass windows behind it. The targets were large, but if I missed, the windows will surely be damaged. Brought along my 30lb bow and arrows. Following are what I picked up today, besides having a chance to do a few shots. Lessons Stance.
